Break Everything. How do we transcend the physical? Deconstructivist architecture stands against the epistemic immediacy of our collective consciousness, and instead bravely suggests that everyone has an intrinsic ability to question and search for understanding through built form; in doing so, it both celebrates and undermines the very nature of the empirical. OOO can be seen as supplementing this discourse by embracing that an object's sensual nature cannot be fully understood. Just as Liebeskind, Gehry, Koolaas and others pushed us to question our physical surroundings, we as architects now must balance such estrangement with sensual dislocation.
