Here are some things that made me happy this weekend: 🌟CONGRATS🌟 to @isaor1020 who is our first TRP runner to complete 1000 miles YTD!!!! 🙌. Not only did she accomplish these miles about a month earlier than last year, but she keeps getting faster and faster and no doubt on her way to another PR and an even bigger BQ than last year's! 😀🦄💪🏼 🌟CONGRATS🌟 to @eatprayrunlift on the completion of her 17th marathon today at the San Francisco Marathon! Yes, 17th!! 😳 Nancy's goal when she first came to me last year was to FINALLY go sub-4:00 in the marathon (which she finally did at the LA Marathon this year with a time of 3:54:39 🙌). The goals for SF today were: Plan A - 4:00 or better, Plan B - set a new course PR, Plan C - do better than last year. Although Plan A did not happen today, even after being out from training for 3 weeks (due to an injury that happened on a non-training run), she managed to run a 4:09:04 today which was: -FASTER by 9:38 from 2016 (trained by another coach) -FASTER by 9:25 from 2015 Aaaaaaannnnnnndddddd -FASTER by 1:18 from 2008 when she was 9 years younger!!!!!! Those are things to be damn proud of!!!!! 🌟CONGRATS🌟 to @miastumish who ran the most he's EVER ran in his life with a solid 18-miler!! Congrats to all of @thesfmarathon finishers out there! We had a blast supporting everyone around mile 25 and handing out some blue ribbons in liquid form...none of that participation ribbon beer. A special mention to one of our members (Jake M.) for shotgunning a beer so late into the course. He has been training. Rest those legs and we'll see you on Tuesday! #runningonhops
