Confession here...I didn't eat so well during my vacation at Bass Lake...my snacking was a bit out of control LOL...and you know what? I was and am ok with it. Some times I ate pretty well and other times the Reese's pieces mini cups were calling my name and I enjoyed every bite😍. . . I know I am still going to meet my goals. I am not perfect, nor Am I striving for it. I am living my life the best way I can. Yes I may be a coach but I am just like you...making strides here and there and struggling here and there. . . In the past I would have beat myself up over not eating like crap and felt bad for it. But I am not feeling that way at all #selfloveforthewin. Sometimes those feelings may pop up but it certainly ain't getting the best of me this time!! And neither should it for you. Realize that there will be ups and downs but you still will reach your goals. Don't ever give up. The positive changes you are making now will show. #liveupyourlifewithnoregrets
Breaking in my new @dsppaddleboards at Casusey Reservoir didn't disappoint! I jumped off the cliffs, did some yoga, laid in the sun, played with my family and got sunburned! I'm learning more acceptance and love for my body. I have stretch marks, I have cellulite, I jiggle when I move and I am beautiful! I am a yogi, I am strong!
☺️☺️☺️💞 for the first time in at least 4yrs, I can actually see the beginnings of my waist coming back 🤗... & my whole body is starting to tone up now too .... I can't even express how amazing it feels to post a full body picture of myself & feel proud of it ✨💖✨ .. I've still got a long way to go in reaching my health and fitness goals, but, I'm so happy with the positive changes in my body already! ✨💖.. these fitness challenges I've been doing over the past few weeks have given me the most amazing motivation & sense of self confidence ✨💞 feeling completely addicted to my health, fitness & wellness journey 💞💞💞 #happydays 💖
