Why did we start a podcast? . I truly believe that so many people wait for the right time to start a task or a project. . The reality is that there never is a perfect time. Those who wait for the perfect time never get started. . @titanmuscleandmind podcast was born a while back when @claytonmusumeci and I started talking about it 6 months ago. . Were we ready for it? . We knew it was going to take over 20 podcasts to become competent. We also knew that we had to take action and there was no such thing as perfection, only progress. . We chose to take action and get out of our comfort zone. That's where the growth is! . In life you have 2 choices, you can either take action and get comfortable being uncomfortable or be a spectator. . What are you going to choose? At Glee Factor we believe that in order to become the next generation of protagonists to build an interesting future we need to become visionaries. Rita has worked at Nestlé for 25 years and runs community affairs, which gets employees out into their communities to volunteer. Here she's leading a volunteer team at the Downtown Women's Center in LA. Decades ago she started Nestlé's Adopt-a-School program, which today helps with everything from a special fitness program at a school for young adults with Down syndrome to building school vegetable gardens.
There is no such thing as a smooth ride! I've been working @murat_analin and Danny for over 20 years. There have been so many obstacles and challenges that have lead us to creating the best fitness experience in the world that I've lost count. Are we happy with where we are at? We are grateful but we know and understand that creating an ecosystem where our team our members and ultimately our community can thrive and inspire those around them takes a lot of hard work and constant change and adjustment.
